Managing Director of Dudhwala Construction for 15 Years, Farhan Patel is an entrepreneur by profession who has built a successful business with a strategic mindset and futuristic thinking. With expertise in networking opportunities, lqbal Dudhwala Group found its foothold in Real estates industry. He has also co-founded Ario Solutions, an Interior & Civil Contracting & Civil Management Company.

The CEO of Iqbal Dudhwala Group, Faiz Patel is an extremely well-read business strategist. With calculated business risks and management techniques, Faiz Patel has gone on to direct the company to great heights as well as co-found Ario Solutions, an Interior & Civil Contracting & Civil Management Company with Farhan Patel.
Director
Mr. Mehboob Patel, the Director, has been a part of the company right from its inception. With Mr. Iqbal Dudhwala as his mentor, he has driven the company towards achieving all business goals and guiding the company to its success even today. With over 35 years of experience, Dudhwala Group has been leaning on the expert opinions of Mehboob Patel on building subpar tenant relations and BMC liaisons.

Adv. Insha Sayed is the Legal head of the department imparting expert solutions in legal matters to the team. Adv. Insha also looks after the marketing and designing with the Marketing team of Iqbal Dudhwala. With a knowledge backing of an MSc in marketing & strategy from Warwick Business School, UK, and an LLB degree, Adv. Insha Sayed offers her expertise to the legal and marketing department with the utmost rigor.
